style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Maternal care desert &#8211;\u00a0 A place where pregnant people have a hard time getting the important care they need during pregnancy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over a 2-week period during the 1st trimester, about 65% of PowerMoms see a healthcare professional for a pregnancy-related reason, with about 50% getting an ultrasound.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But, in maternity care deserts, PowerMoms report slightly more symptoms (dizziness, fatigue, headaches, shortness of breath, swelling of
