Thank you for your interest.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>Highlighting PowerMom FIRST: a study on systemic racism and maternal health outcomes<\/h1>\n<h2><strong>What is PowerMom FIRST?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>PowerMom FIRST stands for Fighting Inequity and Racism with Supportive Technology. The PowerMom FIRST study is a sub-study within the PowerMom Research Platform to understand whether there is a relationship between systemic racism and maternal health outcomes. To explore these outcomes, participants in PowerMom FIRST will be provided with a free Fitbit Luxe wearable sensor and a Fitbit Scale. Sensors are used to monitor key health metrics (like heart rate and weight) and behavioral metrics (like activity and sleep) over time.
